Ways to store:

1) Store in fridge can keep up to a week.

2) Store in freezer can keep up to a month.

Cooking method:

1) Soaked it into boiling water for a min to 3 mins. Do not boil for too long as will be soggy. Drain it then cut into stripes and serve.

2) Deep fry it then drain it and cut into stripes to serve. Will be crispier instead of the soft type.
