This is the harder texture type of fishball with a little bit of peppery taste. Usually to eat with chee cheong fun.
Ways to store:
1) Store in fridge can keep up to a week.
2) Store in freezer can keep up to a month.
1) Soaked it into boiling water for 3 mins to 5 mins. Do not boil for too long as will be soggy. Drain it then cut and serve.
