Suitable for braise or broth type like Hokkien Style / Lam Mee (福建面 / 琳面)
Cooking Method:
Boiled in water until the noodles soft, then drained thoroughly. After drain cook it according to own preference.
Otherwise if prefer to cook it straight out from the packet then have to cook it longer till soft.
Ways to store :
1) Store in room temperature. Can keep for 4 days to 5 days
2) Store in fridge can keep up to 5 to 7days. Depending on the quality.
