Ways to store:
1) Store at room temperature closing it tightly without exposing to air and water. Can keep up to a week
2) Store in the fridge closing it tightly without exposing to air and water. Can keep up to 2 weeks to a month. When use, steam it for 3-5 minutes. Do not over steam it or it will melt. Quality will varies.
3) Not advisable to store in freezer as it breaks easily.
